On-Site Manager/Property Manager
Looking to hire an experienced resident manager for a VERY BUSY multi family 100 unit complex.
Qualified Candidate must be committed to providing above average results daily and possess the following:
• Experience with HUD/Tax Credit properties and able to adhere to the specific government guidelines.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Proficient with Property Management Software RealPage/One-Site.
• Heavy paperwork and use of computer for most tasks.
• Minimum two years of related multi-family property management experience (50 units or more) preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude.
• Good communication and written skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and able to multi task
• Able to provide excellent customer service while providing the highest standards for resident service.
• Possible opportunity to live on site
Duties include:
• Collecting Rents
• Making deposits
• Showing units
• Handling maintenance requests & creating work orders in software system
• Handling tenant notices
• Weekly and Monthly reports
• Tenant file updates and compliance
• Full Time
