Job Title: KYC Analyst Location: New York, NY 10004 Pay: $37.76/hr on W2 Duration: 5 months Job Description: The KYC Services team in Client Onboarding and Regulatory Services (CORS) is responsible for regulatory client onboarding, refresh, and screening to satisfy KYC/AML requirements globally. This role involves reviewing client remediation cases, managing escalations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills to liaise with internal teams and external clients effectively. Primary Responsibilities: Review and validate client remediation cases for compliance with KYC/AML regulations. Assist with sourcing missing client contacts and resolving data discrepancies. Provide oversight and guidance to the KYC Refresh team handling external client outreach. Act as an escalation point for client issues, troubleshooting cases, and collaborating on solutions. Develop FAQs and standardized responses to streamline issue resolution. Communicate with clients and sales teams to provide regulatory guidance and facilitate discussions. Organize, prioritize, and track escalations efficiently. Review cases before submission to Business Control Units for further assessment.
