We are a gourmet dry soup mix manufacturer looking for an energetic marketing person to join our family owned & operated company. Prerequisites for the job include: self-starter, willing-to-wear-many-hats, team-oriented, and work well with others. We are a smaller company and you will be our sole dedicated marketing person. You will report to and work directly with one of the owners. Must be adaptive to learning new things and potentially work on things outside of your specific expertise.

There is room to grow and expand in this role for the right applicant. We have very low employee turnover and are looking for a long-term hire that fits in well with our existing great team & strong culture.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement our marketing calendar and corresponding efforts.
• User Generated Content (UGC): ideate, design, copywrite promotions and general content.
• Email marketing campaigns for both DTC and Wholesale segments.
• Social Media: maintain accounts, interact with customers, UGC, increase following and exposure.
• Seek collaborations/exposure: partner with influencers and other various opportunities.
• Graphic design.
• Photography/video: High-res product shots, lifestyle product photos, etc.
• Basic website design/maintenance
• Identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in marketing or other related fields
• Graphic design capabilities
• Strong project management skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Friendly/team player
