Purpose of Job The Market Manager for Oilfield, MWLS, Mining & F&F will drive profitable growth in these sectors through strategic market and product development, marketing excellence, and sales enablement. The role involves developing and executing market strategies in collaboration with Sales, R&D, Market Development, and Product Managers. Key Accountabilities Lead marketing activities for differentiated market teams, including sales, R&T market development, and product marketing. Consolidate market and customer research, competitive intelligence, and analysis to develop tailored marketing strategies based on the 4Ps to drive growth. Identify growth opportunities in specific markets for existing or new products across geographies. Coordinate with Product Managers and Sales to align initiatives with business objectives, including new product integration. Support contract negotiations with a market-specific perspective. Develop differentiated pricing strategies to enhance market focus. Coordinate marketing communications and branding strategies, including conferences, brochures, and digital presence. Manage sales force training tailored to specific markets. Qualifications University Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business. 12+ years relevant experience, including 2+ years in Product Management, Marketing, or Market Development. Skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Solid knowledge of the chemical industry, marketing, and basic technical aspects. Proven experience in industry and markets related to the role. Leadership, communication skills, and results-oriented approach. Proficient in English (written and spoken).
