We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and help ensure seamless execution of communication strategies. This role involves coordinating marketing activities, producing content, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional brand messaging.

THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and email communications.
• Maintain and update marketing databases, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage marketing collateral and event logistics.
• Support market research initiatives and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
• Track and report on campaign performance, including KPIs and ROI metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing platforms).
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset and keen attention to detail.
