This Marketing Assistant Position Features:

Immediate need for Marketing Assistant for a high end consumer product client.
The Marketing Assistant Admin will be doing a blended role of administrative tasks, and inventory management.

Some of the duties would include:

1. Helping with preparation of shipments and managing incoming/outgoing shipments
2. Managing the trade show contracts and arranging the travel needs.
3. Sending out emailers to prospective buyers to inform them of upcoming events.
4. Travels required for trade shows.
5. Assisting in dealing with customers in office /trade show.
6. Coordinating editorial opportunities with trade magazines/ social media etc.
7. Helping in displaying the products and preparing the parcels for shipment
8. Answer phone calls in a professional manner, transfer calls, take messages etc
9. Assist in and/or manage special ongoing projects.
10. General office administrative tasks which will include filing, paper sorting, faxing, mailing, cleaning etc.
11. Performing light accounting task, including invoicing
12. Keep stock of office supply and place order when necessary
