Make The Turn is seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is not only passionate about digital marketing but also a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with precision and enthusiasm. You will be front-facing with our clients, communicating with them directly on a daily basis through email and conducting weekly or biweekly meetings to keep them informed and engaged.
Your role will involve translating client goals into actionable digital marketing strategies, focusing on our core services of website design, monthly management, SEO, content creation, and digital advertising campaigns that drive lead generation.
We offer a flexible hybrid remote work model, providing the opportunity to work remotely while also engaging in-person with our team and clients. This role offers a perfect blend of remote work flexibility and direct collaboration, allowing you to experience the best of both worlds. You will have opportunities to visit clients at their place of business and actively participate in on-site meetings, which help to build stronger relationships and ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, occasional travel out of state is expected a few times per year to meet with clients and attend industry events.
