Responsibilities:
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments or individuals.
- Prepare outgoing mail and packages for shipping, including labeling and weighing.
- Maintain accurate records of received and sent mail.
- Assist with inventory management of mailing supplies.
- Operate mailing equipment, such as postage meters and label printers.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a mailroom or clerical position is a plus, but entry-level candidates are welcome.
