About the Role We are seeking a
Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support the execution and implementation of email and push notification campaigns. This role is hands-on, focused on the setup, production, and deployment of email and push messaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in HTML/CSS for email development, experience with marketing automation tools, and an eye for detail when it comes to testing and QA.
This is a role for someone who thrives in an executional, production-driven environment. You will assist in implementing pre-defined marketing strategies and workflows, focusing on accurate and timely campaign execution.
Responsibilities: - Email & Push Campaign Implementation
- Build and execute email and push notification campaigns using pre-established templates, workflows, and content guidelines.
- Configure and deploy marketing campaigns through email service providers (ESPs) and push notification platforms.
- Ensure proper audience segmentation, dynamic content, and personalization are applied to all campaigns.
- Follow a pre-established campaign schedule, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Edit and customize pre-existing HTML/CSS email templates to fit campaign-specific requirements.
- Troubleshoot rendering issues and ensure that emails display properly across different devices, email clients, and browsers (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, etc.).
- Ensure that email templates are mobile-responsive and meet accessibility best practices.
- Use platforms like OneSignal, Braze, or Iterable to schedule and deploy push notifications.
- Ensure push notifications are tested and formatted properly for iOS, Android, and desktop web.
- Monitor for issues in delivery, rendering, and user experience, flagging and troubleshooting any problems.
- Conduct thorough QA of all email and push campaigns, including testing for broken links, content errors, and HTML rendering issues.
- Use testing tools like Litmus, Email on Acid, or in-app testing platforms to preview campaigns across devices and email clients.
- Test and validate push notifications to ensure proper delivery, visibility, and design on iOS, Android, and desktop devices.
- Work within Email Service Providers (ESPs) and push platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp, Customer.io, or OneSignal .
- Handle list imports, customer segmentation, and tagging for audience targeting.
- Maintain campaign logs, document QA processes, and provide clear status updates on tasks and deliverables.
- Monitor campaign health post-launch, ensuring email sends and push notifications are delivered as expected.
- Work with internal teams to correct errors, re-deploy campaigns, or make real-time adjustments as needed.

Qualifications: - 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, push notifications, or digital marketing production.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email development (must be able to edit and troubleshoot templates).
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (like Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp, Customer.io, or OneSignal ).
- Experience with push notification platforms for mobile (iOS, Android) and desktop browsers.
- Knowledge of campaign personalization, dynamic content, and audience segmentation.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when it comes to QA testing, rendering, and error-checking.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Preferred Skills & Tools: - Experience with push notification troubleshooting tools for mobile and web testing.
- Basic knowledge of tracking (UTMs, tags, and click tracking) for campaign analytics.
- Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy compliance as it relates to email and push marketing.
The salary range for this position is $96,000 - $119,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
