Who We Are

Benessair Health is a luxury concierge medical and wellness center dedicated to helping clients  Live Better, Longer . Our 6,000-square-foot facility offers a comprehensive range of services, including concierge medicine, physical therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV infusion, personal training, and massage therapy. We're seeking a  Licensed Massage Therapist  who embodies professionalism, expertise, and a passion for integrative health to join our elite team.

About the Role

We’re seeking a  Licensed Massage Therapist  who brings exceptional skill, positive energy, and a polished presence to our elite wellness team. If you're passionate about helping others, feel and function at their best, and you thrive in a beautiful, high-end environment, we want to meet you.

Bonus:  If you’re also licensed in  acupuncture , we’d love to utilize those skills within our integrative care model. While not required, acupuncture experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized massage sessions (50 and 80 minutes) utilizing modalities such as deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, and lymphatic massage.
• Conduct assisted stretch sessions and support clients in recovery and performance enhancement.
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team including physicians, physical therapists, and personal trainers, to develop and implement comprehensive wellness plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, ensuring continuity of care.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and client service in a luxury wellness environment.
• (Optional) Administer acupuncture treatments in alignment with Arizona state licensure (if qualified).

What We’re Looking For

• Current Arizona Massage Therapy License (required).
• Arizona Acupuncture License  (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a medical, sports therapy, or high-end wellness setting.
• Proficiency in multiple massage modalities; experience with stretch therapy is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Commitment to continuous learning and integration of innovative wellness practices.
• You may choose one or more of the following shifts.  Saturday availability is required.
• Monday:  7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Tuesday:  2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday:  2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Friday:  2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday:  7:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Required)
