The Intensive Outpatient Facilitator at Health Connect America is responsible for conducting assessments and facilitating group and individual therapy sessions for clients undergoing intensive outpatient treatment for mental and behavioral health issues. Applicants should have a Master's degree in a related field and experience in treating addictive or co-occurring disorders, while being committed to fostering a positive and supportive environment for clients.
