Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team and help drive operational excellence across our human resources function. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruiting, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred). This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders and contribute to both operational and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talent.

Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, assess staffing needs, and implement effective recruiting strategies.

Maintain applicant tracking systems to ensure compliance and seamless candidate experience.

Employee Relations & Support:

Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, offering timely and professional resolutions.

Support managers in addressing employee concerns and mediating workplace issues when necessary.

HR Operations:

Administer HR processes, including data management, record-keeping, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Assist in maintaining accurate employee files and documentation required for audits.

Policy & Procedure Execution:

Ensure adherence to company policies and implement HR best practices to foster a positive workplace culture.

Provide guidance and training to staff around HR policies and procedures as needed.

Benefits Administration:

Assist employees with benefit enrollment and inquiries.

Act as a liaison with third-party vendors and ensure accurate data transmission for payroll and benefits.

HR Projects:

Collaborate on special projects, including employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion efforts, and retention programs.

Support HR leadership in implementing organizational strategies and improvements.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

1–2 years of experience in HR, including recruitment functions.

Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employment regulations.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational abilities with careful attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Software Proficiency:

Proficient in HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
