Job Title : Graphic Designer

Location: Denver, CO or Los Angeles, CA

Work Setup: Hybrid (Remote + In-Person) | Part Time 3 Days a week (10-20hrs)

Overview :

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing visual identities, illustrations, and brand assets under the guidance of our Senior Designer. If you are passionate about creating cohesive and impactful brand experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop visual identities and brand assets under the guidance of the Senior Designer.
• Create comprehensive brand guidelines and ensure their consistent implementation across all client touchpoints.
• Collaborate with the creative team to deliver high-quality brand designs.
• Assist in the development and presentation of brand concepts to clients.
• Conduct research to support brand strategy and design decisions.
• Produce various marketing materials, including logos, illustrations, decks, and social media graphics.
• Ensure brand consistency in all client communications and materials.
• Utilize Monday.com for project management and communication.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Graphic or Brand Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of branding and design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). 
• Illustrations / 3D Experience. 
• Excellent understanding of branding principles and design trends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas to clients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools is a plus.
