Volt is hiring General Labor for a leading manufacturing company in Willows, CA .
As a
General Labore r you will:
- Handle Fiberglass Products: Operate machinery to compress, wrap in polyurethane, and ship fiberglass products in bale loads secured with plastic strapping.
- Work Rotating Shifts: Enjoy a balanced schedule with 12-hour shifts, working 14 days a month (7 daytime shifts and 7 nighttime shifts).
- Safety First: Use personal protective equipment including steel-toe boots, protective eyewear, ear plugs, hard hats, and optional face masks.
- Operate Packaging Equipment: Perform quality control inspections and problem-solving to ensure safe and smooth operation of equipment, products, and yourself.
A
General Labor Associate candidate must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Flexible Schedule: Must be adaptable to rotating shifts.
- Physical Strength: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with consistent lifting of 20 lbs.
- Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing, construction, or general labor is required.
- Pre-Screening: Candidates must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements.

Pay : $20 per hour
