Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Monitor productivity of labor force utilizing the workforce management system, reporting, and dashboards while providing feedback to operating divisions and managers on where over scheduling as well as under scheduling. 
• Responsible for running daily financial reports.
• Build productive relationships with key partners across various fields such as Ops Finance, Revenue Planning, and Financial Reporting.
• Develop an understanding of the business through objective financial analysis and proactively share insights with partners and leadership.
• Evaluate current processes, make recommendations for improvements, and implement those improvements.

Skills and Qualifications 

• 1+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
• Experience with internal financial and accounting processes including LTP, Monthly Forecasts, and Month-End/Quarter-End Close.
• Exceptional partnering and relationship-building skills across various areas and levels.
• Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate clearly, incorporating storytelling techniques.
• Strong experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Longview, and SAP.
• Proven analytical and strategic-thinking skills with close attention to detail.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Open to college students pursuing a degree.
