About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to establish and lead a Public Exchange program. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, stakeholder engagement, project development, team leadership, communications, financial and operational management, and fundraising. This role involves close collaboration with the Dean and school leadership to align the program with the institution's strategic initiatives and to build new research partnerships that address critical issues in the region. The Executive Director will also be tasked with raising the profile of the program, both locally and nationally, and will work to establish metrics to assess the impact of the program's projects and operations. Applicants for the Executive Director position should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience, with a preference for those holding a Master's degree. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of societal challenges and policy issues, a proven track record in social impact initiatives, and the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships with diverse stakeholders. Skills in adaptability, budget management, business development, change management, collaboration, communication, and fundraising are essential. The role requires a leader who can inspire and mobilize others toward a shared vision, and who is adept at working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on driving equity and social change.
