Scion Executive Search has been engaged to search for the incoming Executive Director of Programs on behalf of our client, an impactful and longstanding nonprofit organization dedicated to making a direct and meaningful impact on thousands of individuals and families across Broward County, Florida, and beyond. This full-time, permanent onsite position is available for immediate hire and will be based in beautiful Broward County, Florida.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Executive Director of Programs provides strategic leadership and oversight for its network and direct-service programs. Reporting directly to the President and CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this role is responsible for driving program innovation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes. The Executive Director of Programs will lead program strategy, development, and execution, ensuring alignment with the organizationâ?s mission and long-term goals. This position requires a visionary leader who excels in dynamic environments, manages multiple stakeholder priorities, and fosters a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

The salary range for this position is $150,000â??$175,000 annually, and it includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life Insurance, AFLAC, UNIM, and a 401(k) with a 3% employer match, along with Roth 401(k) options. Additional benefits include Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Sick Leave, and a Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
