About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its virtual education program with a strong focus on personalized learning. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and visionary leader, responsible for ensuring that all students receive a tailored educational experience. This role involves establishing and maintaining an organizational culture that prioritizes the needs of students and families, as well as recruiting, retaining, and developing a high-quality faculty and staff. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building and nurturing relationships with key external stakeholders, including district authorizers, and overseeing the implementation of the school improvement plan. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's and Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university, with an active Colorado Administrator Endorsement/License preferred. The role requires strong leadership qualities, a commitment to goal-directed management, and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have administrative or management experience, with a background in charter school management being a plus. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and to be technologically proficient. The Executive Director will be expected to ensure the academic success of individual students, maintain a high level of communication with parents, and support a culture of continuous professional growth for the educational staff.
