Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Key Responsibilities: Provide direct support to the CEO by managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. Professionally manage high-volume phone lines, delivering excellent customer service to both clients and residents. Oversee office supplies, manage mail, and perform general administrative tasks. Retrieve and deliver lockboxes, documents, and other materials between properties as needed. Run personal and business errands efficiently and reliably. What We're Looking For: A self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to interact professionally with executives, clients, and team members. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with AppFolio is an advantage. A detail-oriented professional with a customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering high-quality service. A proactive problem-solver, comfortable taking initiative and offering innovative ideas to improve efficiency and support the CEO effectively. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office. Experience in property management or real estate is a bonus.
