Pitch-perfect presentations: Create stunning pitch decks and presentations that will leave a lasting impression on investors and stakeholders. Office management & special projects: Be the go-to person for office operations and ad-hoc special projects that drive the firm’s success. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an executive assistant supporting C-Suite executives in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational skills: A true multitasker who thrives in a dynamic setting and can prioritize effectively. Strong communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills—clear, concise, and professional. Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; bonus points for familiarity with other business tools and platforms.
