Job Description

Our client is seeking a hands-on Epicor Kinetic Analyst with 3–5 years of direct experience supporting and enhancing Epicor ERP/Kinetic environments in a manufacturing setting. This hybrid position will start as a 3-month contract with a strong intention to convert to full-time.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical and functional knowledge of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to support end users while driving process improvement across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily technical and functional support for Epicor Kinetic ERP

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Epicor-related application and data issues

  • Support functional areas such as Manufacturing, MRP, Engineering, Inventor, Scheduling and more.

  • Partner with engineering and production teams to improve ETO manufacturing workflows

  • Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSRS reports

  • Participate in Epicor upgrades, patches, and new module implementations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline business processes

  • Document workflows, configurations, and provide end-user training

  • Support and integrate tools such as CADLink and ECxManager

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of hands-on Epicor ERP (Kinetic preferred) experience

  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to create and optimize complex queries

  • Solid understanding of Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Manufacturing processes

  • Experience supporting MRP, Job Management, BOMs, and Engineering modules

  • Proficient with BAQs, BPMs, Dashboards, and Customizations

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills

  • Excellent communication and end-user support capabilities

  • Familiarity with CADLink , ECxManager , or similar engineering integration tools (major plus)

  • Experience with User Training 

Contract Details

  • Duration: 3 months (Contract-to-Hire)

  • Additional Compensation: Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus

  • Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Hybrid) 2-3 days in office

  • Work Locations: Madison, WI | Eleanor, WV | Hitchcock, TX
