Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Recruiter to join our team. This role offers a great opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in recruitment. As an Entry Level Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and assisting with various tasks related to talent acquisition.
Duties:
- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Support recruitment team with administrative tasks and scheduling
- Learn and utilize recruitment tools such as Calendly, Indeed, & Ziprecruiter, etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
Requirements:
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
-Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques is a plus
- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Basic understanding of sales principles for candidate engagement
- Experience or willingness to learn about technical recruiting processes
- Proficiency in using tools like social media or various HR software is advantageous
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in HR (but not required), Business or other related field preferred
-Bilingual(English & Spanish) is highly preferred.
-Equivalent combination of education and experience is welcome to apply.
-Must have 1 year of Recruiting experience
