Key Responsibilities

• Own the Outreach: Make high-volume outbound calls and send personalized emails daily to attract, engage, and convert top-tier candidates for security guard roles.
• Drive the Process: Manage candidates from first contact through onboarding, ensuring a smooth and professional experience at every stage.
• Be the Voice of Opportunity: Represent the Patriot Security brand with passion, professionalism, and confidence on every call, email, and message.
• Think Like a Closer: Treat every open position like a target—identify leads, follow up relentlessly, and fill positions fast.
• Collaborate & Dominate: Partner with operations and HR teams to understand staffing goals, and then surpass them.
• Track Your Wins: Maintain accurate records, recruitment metrics, and performance reports—and take pride in watching your numbers rise.
• Network Relentlessly: Attend hiring events, community outreach programs, and virtual job fairs to grow your reach and candidate pool.

Who You Are

• A natural people-person with strong communication and sales skills
• A self-motivated go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
• Comfortable making cold calls, warm calls, follow-ups—and loving the process
• Proven experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (preferred, not required)
• Goal-oriented with an ego for excellence—you want to be the best
• Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy with ATS and recruiting platforms
• Bonus if you know the security services industry
