Position Title: Non-CDL Driver – 26' Refrigerated Box Truck Hourly Rate: $20 Employment Type: Full-Time Department: Transport Reports To: Driver Supervisor Location: Buford, GA Falcon Farms is one of the leading fresh-cut flower distributors in the United States. Founded in 1987, we have grown our operations to include 10 production farms across Colombia and Ecuador. Our strong distribution network, with locations in Miami, Atlanta, Phoenix, Dallas, and Long Beach, allows us to efficiently serve both national wholesale and mass-market accounts. Responsibilities Operate a 26' refrigerated box truck safely and efficiently. Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies. Maintain strict adherence to safety standards at all times. Load, unload, and move flower racks and pallets as part of daily deliveries. Deliver products to customers while providing excellent service and maintaining professional communication. Follow dispatch instructions accurately and complete all assigned routes. Be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented. Be available for early morning shifts (starting as early as 3:00 a.m.). Requirements (Per Insurance Criteria) Minimum age: 21 years. At least 3 years of verifiable driving experience. Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of residence (no temporary, instructional, or interim licenses accepted). Clean driving record: No more than 3 accidents in the past 3 years (regardless of fault). No Type A violations in the past 3 years (e.g., DUI, reckless driving, suspended license, hit & run). No more than 4 total incidents (accidents + Type B violations) in the past 3 years. No more than 3 Type B violations in the past 18 months. No license suspension or revocation within the last 2 years. Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening , or be willing to obtain them. High School Diploma or GED required. Physically capable of lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, and working in various temperatures and environments. Benefits Direct employment with Falcon Farms, Inc.
