This position may be office-based (hybrid) in Nutley, NJ, or remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
• Design, manage, and optimize data storage solutions; build and automate data pipelines.
• Leverage AI and machine learning for automated data preparation and visualization via Power BI.
• Apply NLP techniques and LLMs to analyze unstructured data, generating infographics and narratives.
• Automate data workflows using tools like Apache Airflow, Prefect, and Dagster.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency throughout the data lifecycle.
• Implement incremental data loads and event-driven automation for real-time updates.
• Optimize dashboards for performance; communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and engineer features for machine learning models.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in data libraries.
• Experience with visualization tools and big data/cloud platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
