The Pittsburgh Steelers are looking for a Digital & Social Content Associate. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital & Social Content, the ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving working environment both independently and as part of a larger team. This person will understand social and digital media best practices, possess a strong attention to detail, have extraordinary organization skills, and a positive attitude. **This is a onsite position with regular office hours scheduled at 40 hours week. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the development of the team's overall content plans, including planning documents and decks for campaigns, special events and Steelers games Work with Senior Manager and content team members (Social Media, Digital Media, Video, Photo, Editorial) to develop content creation and distribution schedules Work with key stakeholders from various departments across the company to accurately and efficiently compile plans and book content coverage at team and player-led events, including but not limited to alumni, fan, community, and youth football events Publish content on the Steelers owned social media accounts, including ancillary accounts, as needed Write compelling, concise copy for content published on digital and social media platforms Assist with any graphic design needs Research trends and industry best-practices and provide detailed reports Qualifications, Education & Skills: Bachelor's Degree preferred In-depth knowledge of digital media and social media best practices Attention to detail, and strong communication and organization skills Ability to write compelling, concise copy Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Word and PowerPoint Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro Experience developing content plans for and/or publishing content on a sports team's/brand's social media accounts is a plus Ability to contribute creative solutions in a collaborative environment Ability to multi-task We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
