Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about dentistry and possess excellent communication skills to guide our patients through their treatment journey. As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will serve as a liaison between our patients and our dental team, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care and attention.
Responsibilities:
Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, establishing a positive first impression.
Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients to understand their dental concerns, goals, and expectations.
Educate patients on recommended treatment plans, including procedures, timelines, and associated costs.
Coordinate treatment schedules and appointments to accommodate patient preferences and ensure optimal efficiency.
Collaborate closely with our dental team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
Assist patients with insurance verification, payment options, and financial arrangements.
Follow up with patients to address any questions or concerns and ensure satisfaction with their treatment experience.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Prior experience in a dental office or customer service role is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office suite.
