Ray Laethem is a trusted name in the automotive industry. We're looking for a detail orientated, organized, and enthusiastic Office Generalist to join our team and support the smooth operation of our dealership.

Position Summary: The Office Generalist will play a key role in supporting various administrative, clerical, and customer service functions across departments. This position requires someone who is flexible, dependable, and thrives in a fast paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain office files, records, and documentation


• Assist with data entry, billing and processing vehicle paperwork


• Coordinate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations


• Process monthly receivable statements


• Process Extended Warranty Claims 


• Process Aftermarket Cancellations 


• Support general administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or dealership experience is a plus


• Strong organization and multitasking skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DMS, and other dealership programs


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
