Position: Data Entry Specialist

Location: New York, NY

Duration: 6 Months+ Contract with high possibility of extension!!!

Pay rate: $26/hr on W2

Note:

• Hybrid role . Working in office until training complete, then hybrid 3 days in office.
• Work schedule: 8am to 430pm EST | Monday to Friday [40 hours/ week]

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position involves a high volume of data entry, so attention to detail and consistency are essential.

Education or certification requirements:

• High School Diploma

Must have technical or professional skills:

• Microsoft Office/Applications
• E-Filing
• Keyboarding and computer Skills/typing
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Flex skills/nice to haves:

• Legal experience or Legal Litigation Experience
• Previous Data Entry Experience
• Case Management Systems

Soft Skills:

• Typing
• Computer Knowledge

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods while answering phones or using a computer
• Must push, pull, lift up to 10 pounds
• Must have excellent manual dexterity and be able to use hands continuously throughout the shift
