Data Analyst (Entry Level) Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour. Location: Dallas, TX. Schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM (shift options available).

At Zenos Clinical Research, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves updating and maintaining information in our company databases and computer systems, data entry, and collaboration with the data team and Marketing Recruitment Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data entry skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for working with data. Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar position is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry: Efficiently enter data into our electronic database; extract and input data from various sources accurately; utilize software applications to enter, update, and monitor data.
• Data Management: Organize and archive data to ensure availability for other team members; collaborate with the data team to maintain data integrity and quality; demonstrate the ability to abstract data from multiple portals and systems.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work as part of a team, communicate effectively with colleagues via email, phone, and in person; exercise good judgment when interacting with customers, co-workers, and external entities.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is a plus; ability to enter data accurately at a minimum typing speed of 50 WPM; experience with spreadsheets and online forms.
• Preferred Competencies: Strong attention to detail, data management, ability to handle competing demands with diplomacy and enthusiasm; collaborative mindset; adaptability; ability to work independently and in a team; analytical mindset with problem-solving; excellent multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: Data entry experience (1 year preferred; no experience needed acceptable).
• Technical Proficiencies: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); data entry systems; online forms.
• Other: Ability to commute/relocate to Dallas, TX 75230; reliable planning to relocate before starting work; 50 WPM typing speed; strong attention to detail.

Estimated Salary
