Top Skills ServiceNow - ITSM Data Analysis 2+ years of experience Additional Skills & Qualifications Data Collection & Analysis: Use Current Data To Perform The Following Analyze and produce dashboards Review and provide trends, patterns and abnormalities Convert trends to stories that depict performance, failures and maintenance. Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI etc. Optimize algorithms to improve forecast accuracy and operational efficiency. Outcomes to be presented in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders Potentially automate reporting and data workflows to improve efficiency. These reports should be helpful in supporting real-time and long-term decision-making with the expectation of identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies to improve system performance and efficiency. Data sources will mainly come from (ITSM tool – ServiceNow and other sources) include: Preventive Maintenance data Corrective maintenance data Traffic data Incident traffic data ITS and other sources, including traffic sensors, cameras, connected vehicles, and transit systems will be reviewed for what information would add value. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with traffic data teams, planners, IT teams, to improve data-driven decision-making. Support cross-departmental initiatives by providing insights that enhance roadway operations and incident response. As needed, support the integration of AI tools, machine learning, and predictive analytics into ITS operations. Evaluate emerging technologies and data-driven solutions for improving transportation system efficiency. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
