Join Our Team as a Cleaning Technician at Royalty Cleaning Services LLC!

Are you passionate about providing exceptional cleaning services? Do you take pride in leaving spaces spotless and sparkling? If so, we are looking for a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team at Thompson Station Apartments in TN.

• Perform general cleaning tasks, such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Restock supplies, such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment

• Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
• MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG SCREEN
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning practices
• Excellent time management skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
