At McLane, experience pays! Your previous route/foodservice experience can pay. McLane Taylorville drivers average $85,000-$110,000 per year. We are currently offering a $5,000 sign on bonus. • Pay Rate: $85,000-$110,000 for qualified candidates depending on experience.
• Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 depending on experience.
• Route bids with set schedules are currently available.
• No routes out on the road on Sundays.
• Day 1 Benefits such as medical, dental, vision and company-paid life insurance.
• 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Strong customer service skills.
