What you will be doing Facilitating engaging workshops that impart life skills such as public speaking, resilience, and collaboration Inspiring students to reach academic success through personalized coaching and motivation Establishing strong bonds with students to cultivate a passion for learning and personal development Utilizing data and student feedback to customize support and celebrate achievements Promoting peer mentorship and skill-sharing among students What you will NOT be doing Conducting conventional academic classes or grading papers Drafting lesson plans or adhering to outdated educational practices Forcing students through inflexible, standardized curriculums Key Responsibilities Empower students to excel academically at an accelerated pace while nurturing essential life skills through personalized coaching and hands-on learning experiences.
