We are recruiting for junior engineers with a background in DevOps Engineering.

Key Skills include:

• Jira metrics reporting
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, & Ansible
• OpenStack Management
• Docker containerization, Kubernetes (K8s)
• Linux tools/automation and shell scripting
• Python and Executing and troubleshooting complex, automated processes used to configure servers and/or deploy code
• Continuous integration/deployment tools such as Jenkins or GitLab

In these roles you will be developing systems for a variety of spacecraft using current technologies and others yet to come! We are seeking team members who have a thirst for knowledge, approach each day with optimism, and have a relentless drive to solve complex problems. Basic Qualifications:

Associate Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (ideally Computer Science or Engineering) and 1 year of professional experience (not intern, research, etc.) Experience can be considered in lieu of degree
• DevOps or software development experience
• U.S. Citizenship with a current or active Top-Secret clearance at the time of application

Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (ideally Computer Science or Engineering) and 2 years of professional experience (not intern, research, etc.) Experience can be considered in lieu of degree
• DevOps or software development experience
• U.S. Citizenship with a current or active Top-Secret clearance at the time of application

Salary Range: $74,000 - $111,000
Salary Range 2: $89,400 - $134,200
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
