TITLE Boxing Club is the best and only authentic full-body boxing workout that changes the body, clears the mind, and engages the spirit. Our proprietary 52-week boxing journey incorporates skill progression and interval training into each class. Our workouts combine the benefits of high-impact training and stress relief, while also incorporating technique and fun.

We are seeking experienced instructors to lead around 2-6 classes a week as well as our one-on-one private training sessions. If you are passionate about motivating people to be their best selves while teaching valuable skills, come join us!

Compensation: $45-60 per class (about 1.5 hours of work per class); meetings, coach development, and one-on-one private training sessions compensated separately

Duties:

• Lead an energetic and intense 45 to 60-minute Boxing, Kickboxing, or Box+Lift class that follows the TITLE Boxing Club format.
• Welcome members, meet and attend to guests in the class; wrap hands for members and guests.
• Responsible for communicating and upholding company standards, ensuring a clean, friendly, and safe environment.
• Helping the sales team enroll current and potential members into our training program by building relationships and being their fitness expert.
• Provide workouts that are fun, challenging, driven by an energy, always upbeat, positive and motivating.
• Classroom cleaning and maintenance. We pride ourselves on having a clean and modern club. 

Job Requirements:

• Group Exercise experience
• Enthusiasm for teaching group fitness and/or boxing
• Pass full background check and employment verification
• Participation in mandatory all team meetings once a month (Every last Friday of the month) and coach development activities 
• CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain within first 30 days of hire

Preferred:

• NASM, NESTA, ACE, ACSM, ISSA and other respected, reputable fitness certifications
• Boxing and/or Kickboxing experience HEAVILY PREFERRED, but willing to train the right person
• Additional experience in Muay Thai and Yoga is a plus.
