???? Your Schedule, Your BalanceThis full-time hybrid role includes 3 in-clinic days per week at our Winston-Salem, NC location and 2 remote workdays for flexibility, documentation, and family collaboration.

Competitive Salary: $90,000–$100,000 (based on experience)
Monthly Bonus Opportunities: Up to $4,000/month , potentially adding $49,000 annually
Performance Incentives: Additional rewards for exceeding billable goals
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes
Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
Participate in team meetings , case reviews, and professional development
Active BCBA Certification (required)
North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
