Dynamis ABA International provides ABA treatment in the homes and communities of families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behavioral concerns. We use only evidence-based practices based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Dynamis ABA contributes to the ABA field through training, research, and professional partnerships.

 

Our mission is to create “Strength and Ability for Life” by developing intervention programs and partnering with families, schools, communities, and business systems to foster essential life skills for individuals with Autism and challenging behaviors.

 

Dynamis ABA is looking to hire a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the San Diego area. The ideal candidate is someone that is approachable and accessible, has attentive listening skills, displays emotional maturity, compassion, and is a life-long learner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, community, or business-based environments

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

  • Create treatment plans based on ABA principles that may include, but is not limited to, working on communication, behavior, feeding, ADLs, and social skills

  • Design data collection systems to track and evaluate the client’s progress associated with the treatment plan objectives

  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) during implementation of the ABA treatment plans

  • Update treatment plans as needed

  • Train the client’s family on how to implement the treatment plan

  • Coordinate schedules between the RBT and the client/family

  • Ensure the environment is always safe and positive

  • Participate in team meetings and conduct trainings

 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Human Development, or a related field

  • 1 to 2 years BCBA experience in homes, schools, community, or business-based environments

  • Experience with children that have development disabilities and/or behavior problems

  • Previous RBT supervision experience, preferred

  • Treatment Plan Implementation Training experience

  • BLS/CPR Certified

  • BACB BCBA Certified

 

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Must have a passion for working with children with disabilities

  • Must have reliable transportation
