• Job Title: Apartment Leasing Professional 
• Pay: $18hrly plus OT
• Location : LaGrange GA 
• Shift: Mon-Fri 9A-6P, every other weekend, Saturday 10A-5P/ Sunday 1P-5P WEEKEND SHIFTS ARE MANDATORY 

What we look for in a candidate: Apartment Leasing Professional 

• Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving, interpersonal intelligence, budgeting and accounting, attention to detail, and leadership.
• Valid Drivers license 
• Ability to work full shift each day

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours, processing applications, conducting credit screenings and criminal background checks, preparing leases, and ensuring a smooth move-in and lease signing process.
• Inspect apartments prior to resident move-ins to ensure they are in move-in-ready condition, addressing any outstanding items with the maintenance team.
• Stay informed about market and competitor conditions to develop and implement marketing plans aimed at sustaining occupancy, including handling concessions, specials, and other promotional programs.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community, including utilizing online marketing tools such as Craigslist, Facebook, email, and other relevant websites.
• Use on-site property management software (OneSite, Yardi, etc.) to manage apartment availability, track traffic and leasing activities, and capture essential demographic information.
• Ensure the community and show units meet company standards by inspecting and maintaining the leasing office, show units, and amenities.
• Follow up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing decisions.
• Support the lease renewal program by preparing renewal letters and packages, meeting with renewing residents, and ensuring timely documentation.
• Address resident concerns quickly and courteously, taking appropriate action to resolve issues or escalate them as needed.
