VMO Aerospace - Aircraft Structural Component Painter
Summary:
VMO Aerospace needs a skilled Aircraft Painter to apply high-quality finishes to structural components, meeting strict aviation standards for protection and appearance.
Responsibilities:
Apply various paint systems to aircraft components per specifications.
Mix paints and ensure proper application for required thickness and quality.
Perform in-process quality checks and correct defects.
Maintain painting equipment and a clean work area.
Follow safety protocols and wear PPE.
Collaborate with preparation and other teams.
Interpret technical documents accurately.
Document painting processes and material use.
Qualifications:
Proven painting experience, ideally in aerospace.
Good understanding of paint types and application.
Familiarity with aerospace painting standards.
Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality finishes.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Ability to read technical drawings.
